Being associated with a sportsman for the last six years has provided Metrol with a lot of inspiration. Richie has adopted the Japanese philosophy, Kaizen, which seeks to make continual incremental improvements in life, and has used this philosophy in his golfing career. Here at Metrol we also aspire to improve our performance. Kaizen, which translates roughly to "good change," is a Japanese productivity philosophy that helps you organise everything you do. In short, it means "constant, continuous improvement," and is a mindset you can apply anywhere, at any job.
