22nd Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Technical Symposium, 27-29 August.
24th August 2018
Abstract
"Wireless data acquisition in appraisal wells that will be drilled and abandoned as part of a development campaign can improve geological understanding through interference testing. A low-cost wireless monitoring network can be set-up between producing, suspended and abandoned wells to better understand reservoir structure. The presentation will include examples of how wireless pressure and temperature data obtained from strategic observation wells can be used to reduce well count, better position infill wells and increase production."
Metrol will also be exhibiting at this event from the 28th August, and have technical staff ready to answer all your questions.
